Education Minister Pokharel discusses with political journalists

Kathmandu.

Minister for Education and Sports and government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel is scheduled to interact with journalists covering political issues in various media today.

The interaction to be held at 3:00 pm at the Ministry in Singha Durbar will discuss the problems, challenges, policy-level reforms and making the coordination between the government and the media more effective. According to the Ministry, ideas will be exchanged on ways to make government information flow systematic, transparent and effective, challenges faced by journalists in course of news dissemination and making information flow more easy and credible.

Journalists who watch political beats in various media are invited to the interaction.

Minister Pokharel has been continuously talking to various stakeholders related to education and media sector, media, journalists of education and political beats, educational institutions and representatives of the private sector in recent period. The Ministry has expressed the belief that such dialogues would further strengthen cooperation between the government and the media.
