Kathmandu. According to the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Meteorological Forecasting Division, there is partial influence of westerly wind in Nepal at present.
According to the Division, the weather is partly cloudy in the mountainous region of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces while the weather is mainly clear in the rest of the country.
The weather will be partly cloudy in the mountainous and hilly areas of the country and mainly fair in the Tarai region towards the afternoon, according to the Division. Light rain and snowfall is likely at one or two places of the mountainous and hilly regions of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces, and at one or two places of Koshi and Bagmati provinces.
Similarly, there will be partly
cloudy in the mountainous and hilly areas of Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces and in the mountainous region of the rest of the provinces tonight. The weather will be mainly clear in other parts of the country.
