Dr. Govinda KC and the government signed a 6-point agreement, the hunger strike was called off
Kathmandu. The government of Nepal and Dr. Govinda KC have reached a six-point agreement. With the agreement, Dr. KC ended his 25th hunger strike on Saturday night.
Minister for Education and Sports Sasmit Pokharel reached the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital on Saturday night to end his hunger strike.
Dr. With the end of Dr KC’s hunger strike, Minister Pokharel said that this is the last hunger strike of Dr. KC. He said, “This is Dr. This is the last hunger strike of Dr. KC. The implementation process will move forward as per the agreement reached with him. Dr. Dr. KC, Education and Sports Minister Sasmit Pokharel, Prime Minister’s Health Advisor Prof. Dr. Jagdish Agrawal, MP Pukar Bam and President of Nepal Medical Association Dr. Badri Rijal signed the agreement.
