Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has decided to merge its 42 branches across the country. According to the notice issued by the bank, the branches in different places will be merged with each other from today.
According to the bank, all banking services will be provided from the designated branch offices after the merger. The bank apologizes for the inconvenience caused to the customers through this process and aims to make the service more effective.
According to the information, many branches in Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Chitwan under Bagmati Province have been adjusted. The service will be provided from Kamaladi, Balaju, New Road, Bishal Bazaar, Bouddha, Koteshwor, Lazimpat, New Baneshwor, Kalanki, Sukedhara, Samakhusi, Thamel, Tripureshwor and Battisputali branches of Kathmandu by merging with the branches of Nagpokhari, Putalisadak, Durbarmarg, Gyaneshwor, Bagbazaar, Bohoratar, Machhapokhari, Dhangedhara, Dhangedhara, Dhagedhara, Nursery Chowk, New Road, Bishal Bazaar, Bouddha, Koteshwor, Lazimpat, New Baneshwor, Kalanki, Sukedhara, Samakhusi, Thamel, Tripureshwor and Battisputali respectively.
Likewise, the service will be operated from Jawalakhel, Pulchowk, Satdobato, Bhaisepati and Lagankhel, Mangal Bazaar, Satdobato, Khumaltar and Khokana of Lalitpur.
Powerhouse Chowk, Buddhi Bazaar, Mahendrapul-Pokhara, Bagar and Birauta branches of Kaski have been merged at Lekhnath, Amarsingh Chowk, New Road Pokhara and Lakeside-Pokhara respectively.
In Morang district of Koshi Province, the branches of Biratnagar Main Road, Hatkhola and Rani Mills area will be merged and the service will be provided from Biratnagar and Roadshesh Chowk branches.
