Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Chairman of the Labour and Culture Party, Harka Raj Rai, has said that the situation of asking the Prime Minister on all issues related to federalism should end. He said this while speaking at a program organized by the party in Lalitpur on Sunday.
Stating that works were not being carried out as per the spirit of federalism, Rai urged the government to immediately bring big changes in laws to carry out development and construction works in the country.
Chair Rai said that a big change in laws was necessary to advance development works, adding that the government should not delay in correcting the works as there was contradiction in stopping the Forest Ministry in the works being carried out by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure.
Chairman Rai also said that the government should provide necessary resources to those involved in voluntary labour.
