Kathmandu. The meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday approved the President’s address to the joint sitting of both houses of the Parliament.
According to the government’s Spokesperson, Sasmit Pokharel, the decision was made to approve the President’s address to a joint meeting of both houses of the Federal Parliament at 4:00 pm on May 11, 2083 as per the Article 95 of the Constitution of Nepal.
