Kathmandu. Snow Rivers Limited has opened its initial public offering (IPO) to the general public from May 29. The company is issuing 7,78,125 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 each to the general public.
Shares have been allocated to project-affected locals, Nepalis in foreign employment, employees and mutual funds. Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 1000 units. The last date to apply for the IPO is May 15 and May 28 at the latest.
The 13.5 MW Super Kabeli Khola ‘A’ hydropower project is being operated at a total cost of Rs 2.71 billion. Sanima Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
