Sarlahi. Sarlahi police have arrested two persons in possession of a pistol and two rounds of bullets. According to the District Police Office, Sarlahi, police had searched a salon at Provincial Hospital Road in Malangawa municipality-8 on Sunday afternoon.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bed Prasad Gautam, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Sarlahi, a pistol and two rounds of bullets were recovered from the saloon. According to him, the salon was run by 38-year-old Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Bajpatti-12 in Sitamarhi district of Bihar, India.
Police have arrested 23 years old W Kumar of Sonbarsha-14 in Sitamarhi district of Bihar on the charge of possessing a pistol in a salon.
Police also arrested Mohammad Abulais, 36, of Lalbani in Sitamarhi district of Bihar in India on the charge of aiding and abetting the incident.
The Sarlahi District Court has remanded both of them in custody for seven days on the charge of arms and ammunition.
