Four UML ministers sacked in Far-West
Dhangadhi. Sudurpaschim Chief Minister Kamal Bahadur Shah has sacked all four ministers of the CPN-UML.
Earlier, Chief Minister Shah had summoned the UML ministers to the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers and sought the party’s official opinion on the budget.
Shah said that it was not appropriate to oppose the budget while staying in the government, giving him the option to either help in passing the budget, to leave the government or to withdraw support.
Shah has sacked Minister for Physical Infrastructure Surendra Bahadur Pal, Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Hira Singh Sarki, Minister for Land Management, Agriculture and Cooperatives Bir Bahadur Thapa and Minister of State for Physical Infrastructure Development Nirmala Saud.
Now Chief Minister Shah is preparing to bring the budget through ordinance.
