Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Former Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Micro Insurance Limited Mrigendra Nath Rimal has been arrested. The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested him from Sifal of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-7 on Thursday.
Rimal was arrested in a case related to Deepak Bhatta under the Insurance Act, 2079 and Securities Act, 2063.
Earlier, Rimal was absconding when the case was filed at the Kathmandu District Court on June 11. The case was filed as an absconder.
He has now been arrested and produced before the court.
