Kathmandu. On Tuesday, the NEPSE index increased slightly. Today, the NEPSE index increased by 4.79 points to close at 2667.97.
A total of 167,732 units of shares of 350 companies were traded in NEPSE today. Shares worth Rs 4.4 billion were traded.
With the rise in the market, 5 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group increased while 8 sub-groups decreased. The trading group rose the most by 1.60 percent while the development bank group fell the most by 0.50 percent.
Share prices of 122 companies increased and 143 companies declined. Shares of 11 companies remained stable on the day.
