Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Balen Shah has extended best wishes to all the mothers on the occasion of Mata Tirtha Aunsi. Quoting the Sanskrit verse ‘Janani Janmabhumischa Swargadapi Gariyasi’, Prime Minister Shah said the glory of mother and motherland is higher than heaven.
He said, “Mother’s lap is warm, holy like a pilgrimage site. On this auspicious occasion of Mata Tirtha Aunsi, I express my heartfelt respect, gratitude and salutations to all the mothers who are the source of creation, which are an unparalleled example of love and sacrifice. I wish my mothers a long life. ’
He has described the mothers as a unique example of love and sacrifice and wished for the long life of all mothers.
He said, “On the day of ‘Mother’s Day’, the first teacher of life and the source of eternal affection, I wish all the mothers and Nepal Mother a bright face forever.” May we always make our mother laugh, so that we can always be proud of our children’s actions. ’
He has expressed respect to his mother as the first teacher of life and the source of eternal love.
