Kathmandu. President Ram Chandra Poudel is scheduled to hold consultations with constitutional experts today after the government prorogued the House of Representatives. President Poudel has called the constitutional experts at Sheetal Niwas at 4:00 pm today to discuss the ordinance.
The government had recommended the ordinance to make appointments in public bodies transparent and competitive, end partisan politicization, expedite public construction works, return money to small savers of cooperatives and make land, land revenue and survey services effective.
