Kathmandu. The responsibilities of directors of Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) have been reshuffled. The departmental responsibilities of five directors have been changed with the objective of enhancing corporate governance and efficiency.
The new work division was implemented on the recommendation of Executive Director Sushil Dev Subedi, Chairman of NEA Chandra Kala Poudel. As per the new responsibility, Kundan Sapkota will lead the Supervisory Division and Pujan Dhungel Adhikari will lead the Management Division. Prior to this, they were working in the management and research departments respectively.
Similarly, Dhruba Timilsina has been appointed as the head of the Investigation Division, Kamal Prasad Regmi as the head of the Regulation Division and Sambha Raj Lamichhane as the head of the Law Division.
