Kathmandu. The newly appointed Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, C. Joseph Vijay has given administrative recognition to astrological advice and appointed his personal astrologer as a government OSD (Officer on Special Duty).
Details of Appointment:
• Chief Minister Vijay has appointed Thiru Rickey Radhan Pandit Vettrivel as the Chief Minister’s Officer on Special Duty (Political).
• According to the official letter issued by the Public Department on May 12, 2026 (Office Proceedings No. 675), this appointment will take effect immediately.
• Pandit Vettrivel has been given the responsibility of working as a political and strategic advisor to the Chief Minister.
Astrological Signs and Political Discussion:
Chief Minister Vijay had also fixed the time of his swearing-in on the basis of astrological advice. The decision to appoint Radhan Pandit, who is said to be his confidant and predictor of the election results correctly, as the OSD of the government has sparked a new debate in Tamil Nadu politics.
Initial Steps to Victory:
Vijay, who came to power through the Tamil Nadu Vetri Kazhagam (TVK), was recently sworn in as the Chief Minister on May 10. As soon as he assumed office, he signed 200 units of free electricity and important files related to women’s safety.
