. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmaker Ganesh Parajuli has said that corruption is the biggest problem in the country.
Speaking at a meeting of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) under the House of Representatives on Tuesday, Parajuli said that legal action alone is not enough to control corruption. He said the Nepali people have given the responsibility to the incumbent leadership with the commitment to end corruption.
“The biggest problem in the country is corruption,” he said.
The Nepali people have entrusted this responsibility on their shoulders when they are taking the political reins to uproot the same corruption. “
He said corruption could not be eradicated only by taking action against natural events wherever and in any way.
He said that various questions have been raised since the past regarding the printing of passports.
