Kathmandu. Jyoti Prakash Pandey, CEO of Nepal Investment Mega Bank, has gone to Dubai to meet Satish Lal Acharya, the owner of Ncell and informed him about the auction plan. In the WhatsApp chat found by the police, Pandey told Ncell owner Satishlal Acharya, “Let’s settle it as per our plan.”
Police have also found that Pandey used to talk to the owner of Ncell on WhatsApp through a separate mobile phone.
The police also seized his mobile phone and investigated it.
Police have also ascertained Pandey’s travel history. The police have found evidence that Acharya, the owner of Ncell, had met him to talk about the auction.
In his police statement, he has denied any wrongdoing.
