On the first day of Yamapanchak i. e. Tihar, the roads from Baneshwor to Tinkune and the surrounding areas are decorated with twinkling lights. The colorful lights placed at various places to welcome the festival have made the scene here more attractive. As the evening progresses, the atmosphere from Baneshwor to Tinkune has become Tihar.
