Kathmandu. The task force formed with the objective of ensuring stern punishment to the perpetrators of rape, murder, sexual violence and heinous crimes against children has submitted its report to the government.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Sobita Gautam said the task force formed to study the project has submitted its report to the government.
According to him, the task force formed with the objective of identifying the obstacles seen in the laws including the Criminal Code and forwarding the amendment of the related laws has submitted the report after studying it in detail.
Minister Gautam said that the constitution amendment bill would be tabled in the next session of the parliament on the basis of the report.
