Kathmandu. Farmers have been protesting by throwing tomatoes on the road saying that they have not got the right price for their produce. The farmers staged a demonstration at Maitighar Mandala on Wednesday with pamphlets reading ‘Stop the game of middlemen’, ‘Manage the right market for the farmers’, fix minimum support price (MSP) of tomato and vegetables and implement agricultural insurance.
