Kathmandu. Nepal Telecom has introduced a new ‘subscription-based’ monthly package that allows it to auto-renew for its prepaid mobile users. The company has launched this service with the aim of eliminating the need for customers to purchase or activate packages themselves every month. Once the package is subscribed, the package will be renewed automatically after 30 days if there is sufficient balance on mobile.
Nepal Telecom has provided three types of monthly packages under ‘Namaste Recurring’. The Rs 299 pack comes with 300 minutes of calls in all networks, 6 GB data (4 GB regular and 2 GB night data) and 20 SMS within the Nepal Telecom network.
Similarly, the Rs 499 pack offers 500 minutes of calls on all networks, a total of 12 GB data (8 GB regular and 4 GB night data) and 100 SMS sent to all networks.
The premium pack of Rs 799 offers unlimited calls to all networks, 300 GB data per day at the rate of 10 GB per month and 300 SMS sent on all networks.
Nepal Telecom has also provided an add-on package for the customers who need more data. Accordingly, you can get 1 GB data for one day at Rs. 30, 2 GB for three days at Rs. 50 and 4 GB for seven days at Rs. 99.
According to the company, the customers can easily subscribe to the package as per the instructions received from their mobile by dialing 1415.
