. KATHMANDU: The main opposition Nepali Congress (NC) has expressed serious concern over suspicious parking of a vehicle in front of party President Gagan Kumar Thapa’s private residence and media office.
In a statement on Monday, it said the incident was a serious challenge to democratic practice, free expression and civil liberties.
The Nepali Congress has strongly condemned and condemned the incident and demanded the government to conduct an impartial investigation and take action against the culprits. The NC has also called upon all democratic forces, media, civil society and the general public to unite and strongly defend against such undemocratic activities for the protection of democracy, press freedom and civil rights.
