s last rites were performed at Pashupati Aryaghat on Saturday.
Dr. Pandey died at the age of 87 at his residence in Bishalnagar on Friday.
Dr. Pandey was the leader of the civil movement of 2062-063, economic thinker and warrior of the democratic movement.
